    Bring the Yamiyo matcha bar to your event! Our booth comes with a barista, our lit signage, and a menu of our signature matcha drinks, whisked fresh per cup with 4g of matcha in a 12 oz cup.

    What's included

    Good to know

    • Rates cover Metro Manila. For other areas, message us and we'll quote the transport.
    • We'll need one power outlet for the booth. We bring our own water and ice.
    • Sweetness can be adjusted per cup. Oat milk is our default, dairy is available at no extra charge.
    • Final price may change depending on customizations, venue fees (gate pass, parking), and add-ons.
    • 50% deposit to secure your date, balance 3 days before the event.

    FAQs

    How do I book?

    Pick your package above and hit "Request a booking". It puts together a message with your details that you send to us on Instagram. We'll reply with a final quote. Once you're happy with it, a 50% deposit locks in your date.

    How far in advance should I book?

    Two to three weeks is usually enough. December and wedding season dates go quickly, so message us early if you have a date in mind.

    Can we have both oat and dairy milk at the event?

    Yes, both can be on the bar at no extra charge. Meiji milk is charged per cup that uses it.

    What if we run out of cups?

    We can usually add cups on the day at your package's per-cup rate, as long as we have stock. If you're expecting a big crowd, add the extra 10 cups option.

    Do you need anything from the venue?

    Just one standard power outlet for the booth lights and menu display, and a spot around 1.5 m wide. We bring our own water and ice.

    Can we customize the drinks or the cups?

    Yes. We can put together a signature drink for your event, and we can print cup stickers with your names, logo, or hashtag. Both are add-ons above.

    Do you go outside Metro Manila?

    We do, depending on the date. Message us with your venue and we'll quote the transport.
